Just when you thought Square Enix had finally given up on Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Hidemi Matsuzuka (one of Square's top merchandising managers) posted this tweet showing a "Noctis" branded Eau de Toilette fragrance. The text he posted along with the image translates to "Prince".
Is this a sign that Square is getting ready to share more Final Fantasy Versus XIII info in the near future? Or does the company just want to make sure that everybody smells good? Only time will tell.

I think this is a sign that they're gearing up for a reveal and a release at least within the next year. Even if it has changed its name and/or platform.
