Final Fantasy XIII News

Thought the 1080p MP4 trailers we made were good? Well, we've got news for you! We went back to the roots and enhanced and converted the original files to present to you, the new Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy Versus XIII from the CLOUD DVD, in Divx, in 1080p.

The colour is much better, and the video is smoother than our last 1080p trailers, and of course, these will now play on your PS3! These will more than likely play on your computer as most of us all have Dixv on our computers, but if you don't make sure to grab it, it's 100% trustworthy.

Unlike last time, these files are hosted off site from the get go, so we shouldn't have any slowing of the site due to people downing the about 100MB files.

Feel free to spread the files far and wide, we don't really care, they're here for watching.

We'll see what we can do about getting them on more file sharing servers. We won't be providing any torrents though, but feel free to make your own.

RotA, that was not the way, i've played videos on my PS3 (i just downloaded these old 1080p trailers - in MP4 (without DivX) - and it worked! And i else dowloaded converter for PS3 video - now i can encode my HiRes .MOV files for playing 'em on ny PS3 in 1080p)) It's Amazing!!!

Christobel Hunta, put your USB into your PS3, then in the XMB go to video. Go to your USB and press triangle, then choose "Display All" (I think). This should display all your files. Find the trailers and then press triangle and choose copy. By the way, these trailers look amazing. You guys rock!

to Kyll -> Strange, but this not gonna work. My PS3 still can't see them. My PS3 - is official russian edition, with russian menu - can it be the reason, you think?
Or maybe there should not be any other files and folder on Flash USB? 'Cause there are...

Make a VIDEO folder on your flash USB and put the videos on there. Stick it in your PS3, find your Flash USB on your Video menu, and they'll be right there.

Its blurry because the original video's resolution was less than 480p, so it had to be stretched quite a bit. The video going from 1080p to 720 should not make the image look worse on the PS3(since the system has a pretty good video scaler).

We will most likely have alternate resolution trailers at a later point, but for the moment, the 1080p ones should do :)

You can still use the 1080p one at 720p resolution, it will simply be downscaled.
