Final Fantasy XIII News

When talking about the upcoming E3 2007 on the very popular 1UP Yours Podcast, Editor Garnett Lee and EGM Previews Editor Bryan Intihar said the unfortunate following at 1:35:25 (June 29th Podcast).

"Disappointment's always a big question, what do you think's going to be disappointing us Bryan? I mean come on, I know you have all kinds of stuff on that." -Garnett

"Well the obviously big disappointment is that, there will be no Final Fantasy XIII what so ever." -Bryan

"Right." -Garnett

"I think that's a huge disappointment." -Bryan

"I'm not the only one that would stand in line for that." -Garnett

1UP has strong connections with many gaming companies, and it would be little surprise if they are right on this. Although, Square Enix has surprised everyone in the past.

I think we should wait a little more time to see the list of participate games in the E3 2007 . SE doesn't bring up the list so far.Currently I figure out that SE doesn't interested on the E3 2007 at all , caz till now nothing we know about the list of it's games.

So there was no point to the trailer they showed us months ago. I mean what was the point of showing a trailer if they don't continuesly release and tell stuff that has been changed.

I mean showing us a trailer 2 years earlier, all of those could have been already changed by the time the game is realease.

Graphics obviously has to be better since the "Wow" factor was 2 years ago.

Gameplay obviously has to be more in-depth and will encounter lots of changes in the years to come after the trailer was released. So the trailer that we saw practically showed no-gameplay.

BTW: What's this validator for?

Well........As you said kairi I hope this shock news is wrong.

By the way , I've heard from scans and interviews with TN & MT that this year 2007 they will show us more clips and it will be amazing plus they will let us Try the demo of FFXIII in 2007 at E3 2007. In edition TN said 2007 content more exciting things for fans of FFXIII.

But I didn't find even a new info this year.....If SE don't want to showing a preview , scans , pics or even info. Then why SE devolpes FFXIII ??! for whom??
If SE haven't finshed yet.....Then tell us that you have to take alittle more time inorder to finshing it.....If I were them I would let the fans see the same video of Jamp festa and SE party 2007....But SE strategy diffirent from what we expect.

I agree with SUMKHW, I bel;ieve that this is false because how do they expect to release a game next year without even showing a preview of it in E3? Besides, I believe that TN said somewhere something about showing VS13 in E3.... Though, I don't know where and im not quiet sure if that was true or false... But still, I hope this news is wrong and my opinion is that it may be so.

I'm hmmmm...I can't even say a word for this news from 1up......But as I see , i think that SE should know something important ....How can SE release ffxiii at the end of 2008 without appearing in E3 only once ago .....Can you guys explain it for me??.........SE should show us more than one clip for FFXIII
